Administering your own club

Administering your own club is easy.

Make sure you are signed in to ClubGuests.

Editing your club profile

You will see a Home club admin menu ribbon near the top of your browser.

Make selections from the Manage club details sub-menu to administer your site.

Managing your own profile

ClubGuests may have written your profile before your club became a member. Once you are a member, editing the club profile becomes your responsibility.

Editing signatures

ClubGuests sends email out on your behalf.

  • to clubs that you add to your network
  • to your members when they register and get validated for letters of introduction
  • when sending a letter of introduction

You may wish to send your email on behalf of the chair, the Commodore or some other officer of the club.

The signatures part of your ClubGuests profile has all the information to do this.

ClubGuests will have done a signature when you joined

You only need to change the signature when you want to change the name of the officer signing the email.

Image quality and cropping

Every time we send out an email on your behalf, the person receiving it will see your letterhead and your signature. So they must always be of the highest quality. Also, make sure that there are no white margins around these images otherwise they will appear smaller than they should be.
