About St Petersburg Yacht Club
The club was founded in 1909, and the clubhouse at it's current site, St. Petersburg, Florida in 1917. There's an excellent centennial history of the club, available in two parts (Part 1, Part 2). St. Petersburg Yacht Club members have brought home gold from the Olympics, sailed and coached in the America's Cup and have built world renowned sail and powerboats.
Moorings and marinas
The Club manages 3 full service marinas, making it one of the most active sailing facilities in the country.
Sailing
The club hosts many national and international regattas, and there's a timetable here. The club has a wide range of social and sporting activities for members and you can download a PDF here.

With two clubhouses and three marinas, the St. Petersburg Yacht Club had everything to offer the visiting reciprocal guest.
