San Diego Yacht Club

Located in the heart of Point Loma, San Diego Yacht Club (SDYC) is one of the oldest yacht clubs in the United States. Known for its  competitive sailing, the club has a rich history, including winning the America’s Cup three times (1987, 1988, 1992). SDYC offers a comprehensive range of facilities, including 576 wet slips, a full-service restaurant, bar, gym, swimming pool, and tennis courts. The club also offers guest docks and has a dedicated dockmaster to assist with mooring arrangements.

Visitors to SDYC, especially those from reciprocal clubs, are encouraged to arrange their visit in advance. The club offers guest docks and access to most of its facilities, including dining areas and social events. It is advisable to check in with the dockmaster upon arrival and adhere to the club's dress code while using its facilities. Advanced reservations for dining and docking are recommended.
