About Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club
The Royal Northern & Clyde Yacht Club was formed in 1978 by the merger of the Royal Northern Yacht Club and Royal Clyde Yacht Club and can trace it's history back to 1824.
It occupies a very attractive 19th-century baronial style villa in Rhu.
The club has an active social and racing calendar and maintains fleets of Sonars, Pipers and Gareloch ODs.
There's also a coastal rowing skiff with sessions starting in the new season.
