Royal Hamilton Yacht Club

Established in 1888, the Royal Hamilton Yacht Club (RHYC) in Hamilton, Ontario, has a rich history of promoting yacht racing locally and internationally. Located at the west end of Lake Ontario, the club originally opened on the Burlington Canal, moving later to the foot of Bay Street. The RHYC offers one of the longest sailing seasons in central Canada thanks to the unique climatic, geographic, and hydrographic qualities of Hamilton Harbour.
