Founded in 1969 and officially opened in 1972, Club De Mar-Mallorca quickly established itself as a premier destination for luxury yachting, rivaling France's Côte d'Azur. With a vision to attract the world's most prestigious yachts, it hosted notable figures such as King Constantine of Greece, the Shah of Persia, and former US President George Bush, enhancing its reputation and contributing significantly to the local economy. The club provides an expansive range of services, including moorings for vessels up to 135 meters, a members' club with dining and leisure facilities, and a sailing school aimed at nurturing future Olympians. An ambitious €60 million renovation project is underway to transform the marina, making it the most modern and sustainable in Europe, with enhanced public spaces, environmental efficiencies, and a commitment to maintaining the region's natural beauty.

Club De Mar-Mallorca offers views of the Bay of Palma, a pool, restaurants, and bars. The club's renovation plans include adding upscale shops, cafes, and a private top-floor area with a pool and gym, fostering a luxurious and welcoming environment for members and visitors alike​.

Sailing

The sailing facilities at Club De Mar-Mallorca feature a sailing school that welcomes students from the age of six. The club has a fleet of Optimists, Lasers, kayaks, and stand-up paddleboards. It hosts the annual Illes Balears Classics Regatta and plans to further enhance its sporting facilities to promote nautical activities.
 

Moorings and Marinas

Club De Mar-Mallorca can accommodate yachts up to 170 meters in length, making it a preferred destination for superyachts. The marina's renovation includes the addition of a new dock for large vessels, aiming to increase superyacht migration and further establish the Balearics as a leading yachting hub.
