The newly renovated clubhouse, completed in 2021, offers an 8,000 square-foot space that includes dining, a bar, and banquet facilities. The club also features a small-boat sailing center, which supports various one-design fleets and provides extensive sailing programs for adults and juniors alike. Bayview Yacht Club is deeply rooted in Detroit’s nautical culture, often referred to as the Midwest’s “Shrine to Nautical Culture.”
