About Royal Cape Yacht Club

Located in the Port of Cape Town, the Royal Cape Yacht Club offers a warm greeting and hospitality to weary sailors! 

It's a beautiful and unique setting with the marina on one side and Table Mountain on the other.

Sailing

The club has a full sailing calendar, competing in many classes. It also has a sailing academy, addressing the lack access to sailing marginalized communities.

The club organises the African end of the Cape to Rio event, an epic race between Cape Town and Rio de Janeiro two great cities. 

Moorings

The club has a marina with over 300 block and chain moorings fitted with services. There's also a boat repair shop and a chandlery.
